Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

Highrose, LLC is pleased to offer shipping for our physical products to addresses within the United States. This coverage extends to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Please Note: We do not currently offer international shipping services to destinations outside of the United States.

2. Order Processing Timeline

Our team works diligently to pack and dispatch orders efficiently. Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT will begin the fulfillment process on that same day.
  • Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will enter the queue on the following business day.
  • Handling Period: Please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare, pack, and hand over your package to the carrier.

Once your shipment has left our facility, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.

3. Estimated Delivery Windows

We utilize standard, reliable carriers (such as USPS or UPS) to transport your goods. The total time from purchase to delivery is calculated as follows:

Disclaimer: Transit times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as severe weather, holidays, or delivery to remote rural locations.

4. Shipping Costs & Taxes

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a simple flat fee of $6.78 per order, regardless of size.
  • No Minimums: This rate applies to all orders; no minimum purchase amount is required.
  • Sales Tax: Applicable taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your specific shipping address.

5. Address Errors & Unclaimed Packages

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping details carefully. If a package is returned to Highrose, LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can reship the item once the address is corrected. A $6.78 re-shipping fee will apply.

Refused Shipments

If a package is refused upon delivery or left unclaimed, you may opt for:

  • Reshipment (subject to the $6.78 fee).
  • A refund of the product cost (excluding the original $6.78 shipping charge).

6. Damages & Lost Items

If your order arrives in a damaged condition or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our support team immediately.

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund. To expedite this process, please include your order number and photographs of any damage when contacting us.
