Returns & Refunds Policy

At Highrose, LLC, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges regarding the physical retail products available through our store.
1. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- Timeline: You must initiate the return request within 15 days of the delivery date.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for “Final Sale” clearance items or products that have been damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Support: Email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will review your request and provide the necessary shipping instructions.
- Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
A flat fee of $7.65 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a product defect. This fee applies to returns based on personal preference (e.g., changed mind).
3. Defective or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. In these instances, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow for the following processing times:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe): 3–10 business days.
- PayPal: 1–5 business days.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is a result of a Highrose, LLC error.
5. Exchanges
To ensure you receive the correct item and up-to-date pricing, we do not process direct exchanges. Instead, please return the original item for a refund and place a new, separate order for the desired product.
6. Missing Delivered Packages
If your tracking information indicates “Delivered” but the package is missing, please check surrounding areas (porch, mailbox, neighbors) and allow 24 hours for potential delayed delivery. If the package is still missing, contact us immediately so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
7. Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
If a package is returned to us because delivery was refused or the package was left unclaimed, you may select one of the following options:
- Reshipment: Subject to a $7.65 re-shipping fee.
- Refund: We will refund the product price, minus the original $7.65 shipping cost.
