This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled by Highrose, LLC.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following:

  • Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed (where applicable).
  • Item is returned in original packaging, including tags/accessories/manuals (if any).
  • Item is in resalable condition (no stains, odor, damage, or missing parts).

Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected or may qualify only for a partial refund, depending on the item condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including (but not limited to):

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Items returned used, washed, damaged, or missing original parts/packaging.
  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window.
  • Gift cards or downloadable/digital items (if applicable).

How to Start a Return

    with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
    (Please do not send returns without approval.)
  3. Pack the item securely. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.

Returns sent without approval may be delayed, refused, or not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Our error (wrong item / defective / damaged): We will cover return shipping or offer a replacement/refund based on the case.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. If your return is due to our error, original shipping may be refunded at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photos of:

  • The item(s) received
  • The packaging (including the shipping label if possible)
  • Any visible damage or issue

We will review the case and offer the most appropriate resolution: replacement, refund, or store credit (where applicable).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
  • Bank posting time: It may take additional time for your bank/card issuer to post the refund (often 5–10 business days).
  • Tax: We charge 0% tax at checkout, so no tax is included in refunds.

Note: We do not store your full payment details. Payments and refunds are handled through secure payment processors.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or variation, the fastest approach is usually:
request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct item.
Exchange availability depends on stock and item type.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to accommodate the request.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process (if eligible).
