Shipping Summary
- Tax: 0% (no sales tax is charged at checkout).
- Shipping fee: Flat-rate shipping (shown below).
- Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (UTC -07:00), Monday – Friday.
- Processing time: 2–4 business days.
- Shipping time (transit): 8–10 business days.
- Total delivery time: 10–14 business days (processing + transit).
Taxes
0% tax is applied at checkout. We do not charge sales tax on orders placed through our website.
Shipping Fee (Flat Rate)
We offer flat-rate shipping so you always know the shipping cost upfront:
Flat-rate Shipping: $8.55 per order
This fee is charged once per order (not per item) and covers packaging and standard shipping service.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UTC -07:00) on a business day are considered received that same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UTC -07:00), on weekends, or on holidays are considered received on the next business day.
Processing Time
Processing time is the time we need to prepare your order for shipment (verification, packing, and dispatch).
Our standard processing time is:
- 2–4 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays)
Shipping Time (Transit)
Shipping time is the carrier transit time after your package leaves our facility. Standard transit time is:
- 8–10 business days
Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time is the combination of processing and shipping transit:
Total Delivery Time: 10–14 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or address verification.
Tracking
If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment is created and scanned by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or returns.
If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship the order.
Shipping Issues (Delays, Lost, or Damaged)
- Delays: Carrier delays can occur. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we’ll assist.
- Marked delivered but not received: Check neighbors, mailroom, and household members first. Then contact us for next steps.
- Damaged items: Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the item.
